About the Author
After receiving her batchelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Florida, Susan Hester worked as an office manager specializing in tech manual production. In 2000, she returned to school to attain an RN degree at Southwestern Community College in Sylva, NC, then on to Western Carolina University for her batchelor's in Nursing. She received the highest possible score on the HOAE.
Why publish Study Notes?
I produced this study guide after becoming frustrated by the lack of appropriate study material for the HOAE. After wading through umpteen books on science, chemistry, biology, geology, meteorology, anatomy, spelling and math, I used my 10 years of experience in writing technical manuals to create an organized and easy-to-read study guide for the Health Occupations Aptitude Exam.
